4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the chargeable parcel weight.

Our shipping charges are:

  • First 1 KG: Rs. 320
  • Each additional KG: Rs. 300

The final shipping charges may depend on the final chargeable weight of your parcel.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy allows eligible customers to contact us within 7 days of receiving their parcel.

A complete parcel-opening video is mandatory for any claim related to:

  • Return
  • Refund
  • Exchange
  • Missing items
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items

Without a valid parcel-opening video, the claim may not be accepted.
